An appealing duplex residence in Battery Park City overlooking the Hudson River required the appropriate décor to enhance the sleek lines of the apartment. A streamlined mix of Danish Modern furnishings, luxurious rugs, custom upholstery, textured wallpapers, and Chinchilla furs provide warmth to a potentially Spartan environment. A commissioned wall sculpture in white resin provides an additional focal point in the living room. The bedrooms are an oasis of calm, and the redesign positions all of the rooms to soak up the phenomenal views.
